I’m a PhD researcher at the University of Cambridge. My work focuses on memory and temporal cognition, including how language affects how we recall the past and imagine the future. I also conduct research on the evolutionary ecology of mental health–related traits, aiming to better understand how these traits emerge and are expressed, and how this knowledge can inform improved ways of thinking about assessment and support.
Alongside academic work, I create public-facing content across platforms to make cognitive, biological, cultural, and human sciences more accessible and useful.
Your support helps me sustain both sides of this work: producing research and continuing to create and share content. Some costs are covered through institutions or grants, but many practical expenses are sometimes self-funded.
I’ll use contributions where they’re most useful at the time, in support of my work overall. Contributions are completely optional, but genuinely appreciated. Thank you for supporting the research and the content!
